Shipping & Delivery

International shipping:
We ship by DHL or standard mail service & express mail service (EMS).
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All products are dispatched from Taiwan & South Korea and are usually shipped no later than 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
UK nationwide delivery:

Standard home delivery: from £3.49, 3 - 5 working days

Express home delivery: from £8.78, 2 - 3 working days

Drop Point Shipment: from £3.49, 5 - 7 working days

Return / Exchange
You have 28 days to return or exchange from the date on which you made the purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied please send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition, with a proof of purchase for a refund. Then we will refund you right after receiving returned goods.
*In this case, you will need to bear the cost of returning the goods.
*Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale, or at promotional events, or items that are part of an artist collaboration may not be exchanged or refunded.

If you haven't received your item after 7 days of purchasing, please write to us at info@tastetaiwandesign.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can for your dispatch and delivery progress.
